Whether you have a toddler, a teen, or an adult child, we will explore experience of giving our heart to our children and the broad spectrum of feelings we experience as we face the challenge of Motherhood. Here you will learn about the 38 Bach Flower Essence Remedies and how to use them to help yourself to balance your emotions. You will leave with knowledge of how the Bach Flower Remedy system works, and a Flower Essence treatment bottle with up to 3 remedies that you have chosen for your specific needs.
What are Bach Flower Essence Remedies?
The Bach Flower Essences are safe, natural remedies used to empower each person to take control over their emotions. With proven success since the 1930’s, Dr. Bach believed emotional “imbalance”, anxiety, fear, stress, etc., could have a profound impact on our physical well-being. Instead of suppressing feelings or symptoms as most orthodox treatments do, the Flower Essences work by enhancing our positive qualities and increasing a corresponding positive emotion. Once our emotional state is in balance, our outlook improved, and negative moods are lifted. While the Flower Essences do not affect physical illness directly, by gently restoring balance in the mind, our bodies natural defenses are also improved and our body can return to a natural state of health.
